Our Management Team
I am Clint Scholl, the Finance Director at Leaseweb USA, Inc., where I oversee both the Finance and Compliance teams. As an integral part of the USA leadership team, I play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing precise reporting and analysis to aid in decision-making.
Prior to joining Leaseweb, I accumulated over 20 years of experience with renowned companies such as Disney, NBCUniversal, and WarnerMedia, in addition to working with private equity-backed firms. I hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing and have attained fellowship status with the ACCA.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors with my family—whether we’re hiking mountain trails or spending time in the ocean.
My name is Tim Mandell, Sales Director at Leaseweb USA, Inc. My focus is accelerating US market growth by leveraging our robust technology offerings, global support network, and worldwide presence—all effectively communicated through our knowledgeable professional sales organization and supported by our dedicated, experienced operations team.
With over 22 years of experience, I've consistently driven multimillion-dollar revenue growth through strategic innovation, professional sales development, and market expansion across various industries, predominantly in telecom, data center, and technology spaces.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University. Outside my professional life, I enjoy traveling, live music, home improvement, sports, and embracing new experiences through interactions with new people and places.
