General LeaseWeb is the brand name under which various independent LeaseWeb companies operate.
Each of those companies is a separate and distinct corporate entity that provides services in a particular geographic area. LeaseWeb CDN Services are offered by LeaseWeb CDN B.V.
To do business with a LeaseWeb company, you must enter into a contract with the relevant LeaseWeb entity. Each LeaseWeb company has its own contract documentation for services and products. For all companies, the contract documentation generally consists of General Conditions, Policies, the Services Specification and the Support and Service Level Schedule. General Conditions The General Conditions shall apply to all quotes and orders related to the provision of services and/or products by LeaseWeb, to the provision of services by LeaseWeb, to the provision of products by LeaseWeb, and to any agreements or other legal relationships between LeaseWeb and any customer resulting therefrom or in connection therewith. Services Specification The LeaseWeb Service Specification Schedule sets out the specifications of services provided by LeaseWeb, and also details LeaseWeb’s obligations in connection with such services. You can download the Services Specification here:
Support and Service Level Schedule The LeaseWeb Support and Service Level Schedule sets forth the performance metrics such as service levels, response times, service windows and availability of services provided by LeaseWeb. In addition, this Support and Service Level Schedule defines the service credits that a LeaseWeb customer may be eligible to, in case LeaseWeb does not meet the agreed performance metrics. Information on the costs incurred through the use of our services is provided on the relevant product pages in good time before conclusion of the contract.
Contracts with LeaseWeb are LeaseWeb Deutschland GmbH on the basis of our General Conditions and subject to additional annexes to these General Terms and Conditions.
For information on the law applicable to contracts concluded with LeaseWeb Deutschland GmbH and on jurisdiction see paragraphs 28.1 en 28.2 of our General Terms and Conditions.
In accordance with paragraphs 443, 444 and 639 of the German Civil Code, LeaseWeb Deutschland GmbH grants, in principle, no further guarantees, unless certain guarantees or warranties are agreed with the client at the conclusion of the contract.
