Active Support and Advice
Cooperating with us enables you to acquire new customers through recommendations in Leaseweb’s network — especially customers that require infrastructure with specific certifications. You also show your existing customers that you are a reliable partner that pays close attention to data protection, and that you take European data sovereignty seriously.
There is no “one size fits all” solution for safe hybrid, multi, and private cloud infrastructure services at global level. Our solution architects and cloud specialists support you in building on your role as a reliable and competent advisor to your customers.
The training options in the Partner Program are tailored to presales/solution architects and sales employees, and help to build a foundation for professional customer support. In free face-to-face workshops for presales/solution architects, your team is provided with the necessary knowledge for them to offer advice in the cloud and infrastructure sector.
We will equip your presales/solution architect with the relevant technical knowledge in a mandatory custom training session for this program.
As our Channel Partner, you also benefit from special conditions. Moreover, we also help you to bring solutions to life for your customers (through data center visits, product demonstrations, case studies, and PR activities) and thus support you in developing a foundation for relationships based on personal trust and expertise.
Data Center Visits – Data center visits held by Leaseweb enable you and your customers to gain a better understanding of the full Leaseweb product range. This service is available on request for our Silver and Gold partners.
PR/Events – Joint organization of PR activities, for example press releases, case studies or joint Tech Meetups, which are based on interesting solutions, innovative services or your customers’ success stories.
Branding for Sales Partners – You can use the Leaseweb Channel Partner logo on your website in accordance with our brand guidelines after you have obtained written consent. In addition, you also receive specific marketing support on how to optimally position your partner status, for example as part of your advertising campaigns and social media channels.

Requirements: What Makes You Suitable to be a Leaseweb Channel Partner
Channel Partner uses the Leaseweb infrastructure as a basis for running customer projects. The indirect sales resulting from this are based on the complementary nature of the additional services of the channel partner.
You can deal with spam, copyright infringements and reports of misuse relating to your end users and any other infringements of the Leaseweb Sales Contract (T&C). You have a registered company name, a verifiable company website and a company email address.
You offer your customers direct Level 1 support for your services and indirect support for the Leaseweb infrastructure that your services rely on.
At least one joint case study per calendar year.
