High availability: Each customer is hosted on fully isolated virtual machines. The platform runs VMware High Availability (HA) technology, providing automatic restarts of a virtual machine after a hardware failure on a different physical server, minimizing downtime for end users.

VMware Fault Tolerance (FT): The creation of a live shadow instance of a virtual machine that is in virtual lock-step with the primary instance provides continuous availability for applications. VMware Fault Tolerance eliminates even the smallest of data loss or disruption.
