Such amendments - including minor edits for your ease of reading and to optimize clarity and transparency – consist of the following changes solely for the benefit of the Customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations:
Application of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) addendum terms has been extended to Customers providing their services to Financial Entities as ICT third-party service under DORA (Chapter F of the Leaseweb Netherlands, Deutschland and UK Policies).
These Leaseweb B2B Sales Contract Schedules, consisting of Sales Terms and Conditions, Services Specifications, Service Level Agreement and Policies will be fully and automatically applicable as per 15 April 2026 to all Sales Contracts and Service Orders taken into account the required notice period of fourteen (14) days. Om onze B2B diensten te kunnen gebruiken, moet u eerst een contract sluiten met de relevante Leaseweb-verkoopentiteit. De contractdocumentatie bestaat in het algemeen uit de B2B Algemene verkoopvoorwaarden, de Beleidsregels, de Servicespecificaties en de Service Level Agreement.

De B2B Algemene verkoopvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle offertes en (web)orders met betrekking tot de levering van B2B diensten door Leaseweb.

Leaseweb streeft naar bevordering van verantwoordelijk gedrag in relatie tot het gebruik van zijn B2B Diensten. Voor dit doel heeft Leaseweb de Beleidsregels opgesteld.

De Servicespecificaties zijn van toepassing op alle offertes en (web)orders met betrekking tot de levering van B2B diensten door Leaseweb.

De Service Level Agreement is van toepassing op alle offertes en (web)orders met betrekking tot de levering van B2B diensten door Leaseweb.
De Service Level Agreement van Leaseweb beschrijven door Leaseweb te leveren prestaties zoals serviceniveaus, responstijden, onderhoudsperioden en beschikbaarheid van de diensten. Daarnaast worden in deze Support- en Serviceniveaus de servicecrediteringen vastgesteld waarop de klant recht kan hebben indien Leaseweb niet aan de overeengekomen prestaties voldoet.

Leaseweb Managed Kubernetes are now available as a Service by all Leaseweb Sales Entities (Clause 42 of Services Specifications and Chapter M of Service Level Agreement);
Clarification in the Service Specifications and Service Level Agreement for Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant Private Cloud Services (Clauses 18-20 of Services Specifications and Clauses 19-20 of Service Level Agreement);
New Chapters have been introduced in the Policies on Leaseweb’s Technical and Organizational Measures, Data Sovereignty and Data Localization (Chapters J-K).

Clarifications on Shipment policies applicable to Customers have been included (or added) in the Policies.
Clarifications on the NVIDIA GeForce Software license terms applicable to Customer have been added to Chapter M of the Services Specifications in addition to such information already provided in the Leaseweb Knowledge Base.
The Data Act implementation clauses for the benefit of EU based customers that purchase cloud services from Leaseweb Sales Entities outside of the EU have been added to the Sales Terms and Conditions and Policies.
