We are growing, which is why we are recruiting for a talented, go-getter office manager to join us enhancing our operations in the datacenters and corporate offices. 

About the role 

The Office Manager will report into our Singapore HR and will be responsible for providing office and facilities support to our Leaseweb APAC team. You will be ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office management including but not limited to vendor and landlord management, office space infrastructure and planning, travel and events. 

The Office Manager will be taking care of our 2 office sites, our corporate office and our data center offices. We are also planning to open one more data center office. 

Job Description 

  • Responsible for all office management processes at our Singapore offices (e.g housekeeping issues, mail services, mobile phone). This also includes purchasing of office supplies and services. 
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Singapore offices, and maintain all aspects of the offices space/infrastructure planning (including office renovation, relocation) 

  • Coordinate travels, office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, catering

  • Point of contact for employees' travel enquiries such as booking of flights and hotels 

  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers (including landlords, cleaning and maintenance services)

  • Manage office budget and expenses, including purchasing and expense tracking

  • Management of certain company assets, such as company datacenter vehicles   

Job Requirements 

  • Ideally 2-4 years in a office management role or similar. It would be a plus if you have managed APAC offices. 

  • Diploma in Administration or a similar field 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
