Who is eligible for the Leaseweb Public Cloud Trial Period?
Any business entities or internet professionals (therefore not including any private individual who is using the Service(s) for pure family use and/or acting outside of trade, business, craft, its professional capacity as considered a consumer under applicable law) who provide its professional details to the Customer Account and in the Customer Portal.
How do I apply for the Leaseweb Public Cloud Trial Period?
Fill out the form on the campaign’s landing page. Your request will then be verified by the Leaseweb Sales team. If you are not a Leaseweb Customer yet, you will need to go through the Know-Your-Customer procedure first.
What happens after I submit the form?
After verification (and in case you are not a Leaseweb Customer yet, after the Know-Your-Customer procedure), a Leaseweb Sales representative will contact you with the next steps.
How is the Leaseweb Public Cloud Trial Period activated?
Once verified, you will need to sign up through the Leaseweb Website and pay a EUR 1 Fee to activate your Leaseweb Public Cloud account.
Will I be invoiced for the Trial Period?
No, the Trial Period itself is free of charge. The EUR 1 Fee is payable to activate and verify your account.
Do existing Leaseweb Customers follow the same process?
Yes (except the Know-Your-Customer procedure). Existing Customers must also contact Sales, complete verification, and sign up through the Website with the EUR 1 Fee for activation.
How will I know if my application for the Leaseweb Public Cloud Trial Period was successful?
Sales will notify you once your application for the Leaseweb Public Cloud Trial Period has been verified and activation steps are ready.
Is feedback collected after the trial?
Yes, we will invite you to share feedback about your experience after the Trial Period Leaseweb Public Cloud.
