Facility Services Employee (part-time:24h per week)
Leaseweb is currently looking for a Facility services colleague to strengthen our Facility team at our headquarters in Amsterdam. You will be part of an experienced team who makes things different for all the Leaseweb employees.
This is a part-time role for 24h per week.
What is the role about?
Your daily tasks vary between administrative back-office tasks and reception tasks.
-- Coordinates & Administers all requests, incidents, and complaints regarding facility services such as:
- Reception duties
- Catering & coffee service
- Travel management
- Maintenance & technical support
- Fleet management
- Waste management
- Access management / security
- (mobile)Telephony
- BHV
- Office furniture, Office supplies, hydroculture & stationary
- Housekeeping
- Internal and external meetings
- SAP; responsible for the administration of orders placed by facilities
- Event management (f.e. end of the month drinks, Christmas party)
and make sure they are listed and executed in a proper way;
Who are you?
- Relevant (MBO) education (or similar / level);
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fast paced environment;
- Required skills: planning and organizing, customer orientation, problem solving, teamwork, hands-on, showing initiative, flexible.
- Good communication skills, Dutch and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus
