LeaseWeb's payment method options for your order depend on your country of origin.

PayPal
The easiest - and by far fastest – secure way for our international customers to transmit money to us is by PayPal. With a PayPal payment, your order will be quickly checked and then provisioned right after the order is received. We recommend you allow us to direct debit your Paypal account for future invoices, so there will not be any delays with future payments.

Credit card
If you wish to pay for your internet services by credit card, your order will be checked and delivered immediately upon receiving payment. The transaction will be handled by Ogone payment services or PayPal.

Bank Transfer
If you choose to make a bank transfer, you can directly transfer the money to our account. You can find the bank details of each LeaseWeb company in the Self Service Center. We will require confirmation of the transfer from our bank, before we can provision your order. You can speed up the order process by providing the order number with the payment.

Holders of Dutch bank accounts can allow a direct debit to their accounts. You can direct debit as an option or pay with Ideal right away. In both cases, your order will be provisioned right after a quick check.

One-off fees
LeaseWeb server and internet services are provided on a calendar month basis. Billing periods for LeaseWeb services always start on the first of the month. If you order a new service, it will most often be provisioned on another day, based on the date when the order was place. This is why there will often be a one-off fee added to your first invoice. This fee is a pro rata billing adjustment for the first partial month and includes the unbilled part of your bill, between the start of your service (i.e. the day on which the server is ready to use) and the first day of the next month. Future monthly payments will always be billed on a calendar month basis, due and payable in advance of the start of the month.

On your pro forma invoice, the one-off fee can be recognized by the date, for example: "XXX001 From 15-4-2005 to 1-5-2005 EUR 89,00". This one-time fee will also appear on the official invoice for your files.

Value-Added-Tax (VAT)
Since LeaseWeb serves many business and/or foreign customers, prices on the LeaseWeb website do not include the value-added tax (VAT), applicable to some European orders. Once you have provided your contact details, VAT may be applied to your order at checkout depending on various factors:

If you are from a non-EU country, the final price remains without VAT.

For European Union countries (including the Netherlands) we will add VAT to your order during the checkout process. Companies from EU countries (excluding Netherlands) providing LeaseWeb with their VAT number, which will be checked with European Union databases, may avoid VAT charges.
