As an Account Executive you are part of the sales team. You work together closely with your Account Manager. Your responsibilities include:

• Processing incoming telephone calls, e-mails and chats in a customer-friendly and correct manner
• Answering questions from customers and the Account Managers
• Preparing and completing quotations and customer account processes
• Keeping data up-to-date in our ERP system
• Gathering relevant market information and following important market developments

The current team consists of 1 Sales Director, 2 Senior Account Managers, 2 Account Managers and 1 Account Executive. If you perform successfully, you have the opportunity of being promoted to the position of Account Manager.

We ask

You have demonstrable experience with sales processes and at least an affinity for the Internet.
We also expect you to have most of the following characteristics:

• senior secondary vocational education (MBO) + / higher professional education (HBO) and/or equivalent experience
• Team player with good social and communication skills
• Customer focus
• Knowledge of and experience with sales
• Knowledge of the Internet and/or command of software and hardware packages
• Good verbal and written command of Dutch and English
• Command of a third foreign language is an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, etc.)
• Good command of Windows and MS Office
• Command of other software packages is an advantage
• Creativity, flexibility and perseverance
