As a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) you are part of the Customer Support Group. You and your colleagues represent the interests of the customer within the organisation. Absolute customer satisfaction is your challenge and drive! Your duties include:

• Efficient and customer-friendly processing and handling of inbound telephone calls, e-mail and chats, according to scripts if applicable (Plesk)
• Making arrangements with customers on the delivery of services and hardware
• Providing solutions and support to customers with problems (helpdesk)
• Processing requests for webhosting packages, SSL Certificates and DNS changes
• Keeping (customer) data up-to-date in our CRM/ERP system

We ask

You have experience with customer contact (by telephone) and an affinity with the Internet, e.g. experience in a call centre. We also expect you to have most of the following characteristics:

• senior secondary vocational education (MBO) / higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent experience
• Service-oriented attitude (problem-solving ability) and a good telephone voice
• Loyal team player with good social and communication skills
• Good verbal and written command of Dutch and English
• Command of a third foreign language is a great advantage (German, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, etc.)
• Good command of Windows and MS Office
• Command of or experience with other software packages such as RT, Scienta, DNS and Plesk is an advantage
• Creativity, flexibility and perseverance
