As a Support Engineer (SE) you are part of the Support Group. You and your colleagues represent the interests of the customer within the organisation. Absolute customer satisfaction is your challenge and drive! Your responsibilities include:
• Resolving hardware problems
• Upgrading servers (memory and disks)
• Resolving simple software problems
• Physically moving servers
• Keeping the necessary records

We ask
You have experience with computer hardware and an affinity for operating systems.
We also expect you to have most of the following characteristics:
• senior secondary vocational education (MBO) / higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent experience
• Loyal team player with good social and communication skills
• Good verbal and written command of Dutch and English
• Basic knowledge of various operating systems, sufficient to be able to install the OS in accordance with specifications (Windows Server 2003/2008 and Linux)
• Knowledge of computer hardware
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
• You have driving licence B
• At the forefront of your field
